We always love a new challenge - this time a project that required a logo, package and even some game design. Baffle is a unique, puzzle, challenge game. It can be played in a variety of ways and is deceptively simple.
We brought in in some of our favorite professional friends to help with the production and marketing of this new, exciting game: Mike Strohm is a master woodworker and more recently a "living historian," who speciallizes in the unusual—he's pretty unusual himself. Mike is the owner of TeachWater.com, a manufacturer of hands on, interactive, water conservation and environmental education displays. We also introduced Dick DeWert to the project, Dick is a local expert in bringing new products and games to market. With a team like this, look out!

When CECO Environmental came to us to help them with their new corporate website we had no idea the organizational challenge that awaited us. CECO has 11 divisions within it's family of companies. Many of the divisions actually sell and represent the same product lines, as well as many products and services that are unique to single divisions. As we began work on the CECO corporate website, we realized that many of the divisions' websites did not look like they belonged to the same parent company, and some of the divisions didn't even have a web presence at all. Our job was to bring all these divisions into the same look and feel, but also retain their individuality.
Using a "dual layered" navigation system, we've brought all the divisions into the fold of the parent company. Because the different divisions depend on each other we have made the jump from one division to another easy with the use of the "Main" navigation bar at the top of each page, while the second navigation bar allows each division to stand out on it's own.

Since implementing our design, there's no mistaking that the parent company of each division is CECO Environmental and that each division has access to the entire family of CECO companies. So CECO got an organizational makeover, and we get to show off a website we're proud of!
VM+SD (Visual Merchandising and Store Design) Magazine, the retail design industry's showcase of trend-setting work, has published an article on the Fischer Homes Lifestyle Design Center entitled "Home Work." One of our favorite recent projects, the Design Center is bigger and bolder than any other area facility of its kind. It allows future and current homeowners to make selections for their home from a wide array of choices. White Design created custom display systems to organize and show off product lines within a warm and inviting atmosphere. We're proud to have our work appear in VM+SD Magazine. Next time we're aiming for the cover!
We've been busy with a new design for Cincinnati's oldest, and best lighting store, Central Light. In the midst of helping out on the design on their new facility, we convinced the owners that now was the time to update their identity too! Here's the dynamic new logo that will be used on all Central Light branding.

White Design will be the "design gurus" for not only their new facility but ALL components of Central Light's identity. Look for many future stories featuring our work with Central Light. We love working with them and look forward to a great relationship. If you need commercial or residential lighting, these guys are the best!
